Your guide will explain the importance of this region for Christianity. Look out for wildflowers, woodpeckers and jays, maybe even a fox. You will finish your hike at Çavuşin village.
Here is the option to hike up the natural rock-cut fortress in the village. You will be hosted for lunch in a local restaurant and will head back to your hotel after lunch. Make sure to have a hat, walking shoes and sunscreen with you.
